Made from water, rice and koji rice.
Handcrafted in Japan in the ancient castle town of Himeji by Honda Brewery, founded in 1921. Located in the historic province of Harima in southwest Hyogo Prefecture, Himeji is famous for exquisite sake.
A blend of various Junmai sakes brewed between 1998 and 2003, all brewed from the ancient Omachi rice variety, polished to 65%. The sake is certified by the Vegan Society.
