Tatsuriki Genmyo (Vegan)

Brewed in 2012, made from water, rice and koji rice.

Handcrafted in Japan in the ancient castle town of Himeji by Honda Brewery, founded in 1921. Located in the historic province of Harima in southwest Hyogo Prefecture, Himeji is famous for exquisite sake.

A mysterious blend of Junmai sake matured in different places with changing temperatures, which enchants with pleasant sweetness and notes of hazelnut, coffee, cinnamon and roasted chestnuts.

The sake is certified by the Vegan Society.
