Uroko Yamahai Junmai Ginjo

Made from water, rice and koji rice.

Handcrafted in the brewing year 2015 by the Shimazaki Brewery, which was founded in 1849, based in Karasuyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. Stored and matured in the bottle in the cave near the brewery.

Locally grown Gohyaku mangoku rice, polished to 60%, and pure mountain water give this product its special regionality.
