Made from water, rice, koji rice and brewing alcohol.
Handcrafted in the brewing year 2010, by the Shimazaki Brewery, founded in 1849 and based in Karasuyama City, Tochigi Prefecture. Stored and matured in the bottle in a cave near the brewery.
Locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 40%, and pure mountain water give this product its special regionality.
