Azuma Rishiki Daiginjo

Brewing year 2020, made from water, rice, koji rice and brewing alcohol.

Handcrafted by the Shimazaki Brewery, based in Karasuyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, founded in 1849.

Locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 40%, and pure mountain water give this product its special regionality.

This Daiginjō is the starting product for the brewery's famous Uroko Sake, which is stored and matured for 5 to over 20 years in a cave near the brewery. The Uroko Sake is also available from us.
