Kometsuki Suisha Kimoto Junmai Kame-no-o (亀の尾)

Brewing year 2007, made from water, rice and koji rice.

Handcrafted in the old castle town of Himeji by the Tanaka Brewery founded in 1835. Himeji is located in the historic Harima Province in the southwest of Hyogo Prefecture and is famous for its exquisite sake.

Locally grown, minimally polished (85%) Kame-no-o rice (亀 の 尾) and the traditional Kimoto manufacturing process lend to the brewery this product its special regionality.
