Brewing year 2002, hand made in the winter season, from water, rice and koji rice.
Crafted in the Kawashiri Brewery, which was founded in Japan in 1839, located in the town of Hida-Takayama in the mountainous region of the Gifu Prefecture.
Locally grown, 70% polished Hida-Homare rice and pure mountain water give this product its special regionality.
