Nishi no Seki Cho Karakuchi Koshu

Brewing year 1988, from water, rice, koji rice and brewing alcohol.

Handcrafted in southern Japan by the Kayashima Brewery, founded in 1873. The brewery is located in Oita Prefecture on the Kunisaki Peninsula, which is shrouded in religious myths.

The bottle, which is modeled after the red chimney of the brewery, houses a golden-yellow masterpiece made of 65% polished rice of the rare Reiho variety. A dry pleasure with a slight sweetness, refreshing acidity and strong flavours of dried spices and nuts.
