Alex and Kai are sake enthusiasts who have turned their passion into hobby.
Kai works in the corporate legal department of a Japanese electronics manufacturer in Tokyo.
He is Certified Sake Professional (CSP), a Sake Scholar (SSC) and holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Sake. Together with our Japanese friends, Kai visits breweries all over Japan to choose great products.
Alex worked and lived as a chemical engineer in Japan for many years and is the environmental protection officer of the Munich production site of an American mobile communications provider. When Alex is not in Japan and visits breweries with Kai, he tests and analyzes our products.
Our goal is to make Aged Sake accessible to a wider audience in Germany and throughout Europe.
