HOW TO ENJOY
Enjoy Aged Sake in a a glass for robust white wines or aromatic red wines. The wide bottom with its large surface unfolds the unique aromas that flow bundled straight into your nose through its narrower top.
Decanting is not necessary. Fill your glass up to one third and gently swirl the liquid back and forth to allow the aromas and flavors to develop.
Depending on the Aged Sake, we recommend a drinking temperature between 10 ° C and 18 ℃. Some Aged Sake can also be enjoyed in a slightly warmed up state until 45 ℃. Use a preheated water bath with a container with closed lid to avoid the evaporation of aromas and flavors.
Experiment to find the right drinking vessel and perfect temperature for your Aged Sake.
